The Manager, Hui Xian Asset Management Limited, is responsible for managing the assets of Hui Xian REIT.
The board of directors of the Manager and other members of its management team have extensive experience in real estate asset and investment management.
The two indirect shareholders of the Manager are CK Asset Holdings Limited* ("CK Asset") and ARA Asset Management Limited which became a wholly-owned subsidiary of ESR Group Limited (formerly known as ESR Cayman Limited) on 20 January 2022.
CK Asset is a leading multinational corporation with businesses encompassing property development and investment, hotel and serviced suite operation, property and project management, pub operation and investment in infrastructure and utility asset operation.
